Your order will be delivered within 24 hours of our operational hours. During peak season please allow 2-3 working days to process your order.
Orders received on national holidays will be processed the next working day.
Orders during the weekend will be processed on Monday / the next working day.
All regular orders will be shipped by Jnt / Anteraja. We also accept instant and same day delivery from our warehouse in Depok.
Shipments are closed at 3 PM. All orders above 3 PM will be shipped out tomorrow.
Please note that we are unable to redirect your orders that have been processed.
